Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with low- and medium-risk AML treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University (diagnostic stratification according to the Chinese Diagnostic Guidelines for Adult AML (2017)) and positive for AML1/ETO or CBF?-MYH11 gene at the first diagnosis.
