18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years, male or female; 2. Patients with malignant glioma confirmed by postoperative pathology after surgical treatment (grade IV); 3. Newly diagnosed or recurrent, re-operated or unoperated glioma patients; 4. Karnofsky behavior status score (KPS score) >=50 points; 5. No serious blood system disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. The patients and their families were informed and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chemotherapy within 5 years; 2. Plan surgery due to other diseases; 3. Pregnant women or lactating women; 4. Active hepatitis; 5. The patient has an allergic reaction to the experimental drug; 6. Other concomitant diseases; 7. Patients with mental illness; 8. Patients with a history of organ transplantation or waiting for organ transplantation.
