Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 who are planning to undergo lumbar fusion surgery; 2. ASA I~III; 3. BMI <32; 4. The patient is skeletal mature, with stable health according to physical examination and medical history, able to perform surgery and participate in subsequent experimental projects, and able to comply with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseases that may affect nerve tissue; 2. Patients who have undergone back surgery; 3. Patients with open dura mater; 4. Acute or chronic, local or systemic infection (including a history of infection) or sepsis, with active infection foci in the spine or other parts of the body; 5. Patients with mental illness or patients are mentally incapable or unable to understand the requirements of participating in research; 6. The subject is immunosuppressed, suffering from autoimmune disease or immunosuppressive disorder; 7. Patients with adrenal cortical dysfunction (Cushing, etc.); 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9. Long-term alcoholism, drug abuse and other patients.
