18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Older than 18 years with a diagnosis of advanced cancer based on pathology; (2) Attending home-based hospice services which are provided by the Hospice Units; (3) Physician-estimated life expectancy<6 months; (4) Chinese speaker.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cognitive impairment that would impede informed consent and communication or physical condition that does not allow long-term communication; (2) Insufficient understanding of mandarin or severe hearing impairment that unable to communicate; (3) Patients who do not know their condition.
