Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged>=18 years old; 2. Undergoing abdominal surgery; 3. Under general anesthesia; 4. Mechanically ventilation; 5. Invasive artery blood pressure monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Arrhythmia occurred when entering the operating room; 2. Time of operation 1500mL; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. People with mental disorders or other diseases who are unable to judge for themselves; 6. Patients with other severe acute, chronic clinical or laboratory abnormalities that increase the risk of the trial or adversely affect trial management or interfere with interpretation of study results are considered unsuitable for entry into the study at the discretion of the investigator.
