18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; (2) Aged 18 to 85 years; (3) Atrial fibrillation was diagnosed by electrocardiogram or holter; (4) If atrial fibrillation lasts for more than 7 days, it is defined as persistent atrial fibrillation, and if the attack is less than 7 days, it is paroxyminal atrial fibrillation; (5) No related contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure, acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure, moderate to severe heart valvular disease; 2. Acute cerebrovascular disease; 3. Acute infections, including lung, intestinal and biliary tract infections, severe skin and soft tissue infections; 4. tumor; 5. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, ALT 3 times higher than normal, Ccr < 30ml/min; 6. Major trauma and fracture in the past 3 months.
