Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the classification criteria for primary gout established by ACR/EULAR in 2015; (2) X-rays of the urinary system suggest that the stones are negative, and the kidney stones are confirmed by B-ultrasound, and the stones are less than 1.0 cm; (3) the patients are between 18 and 65 years old; (4) patients who voluntarily accept the survey and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary gout; (2) Uric acid kidney stones that occurred before gout; (3) Patients with significantly abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT, AST >=3 ULN, Cr >=176umol/L); (4) Combined with serious diseases of other systems; combined with other rheumatic immune system diseases; tumors; infectious diseases; patients with mental illness; (5) patients who have not obtained complete clinical data; (6) Pregnant woman.
