Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. Endotracheal intubation, invasive mechanical ventilation and sedation for more than 12 hours; 3. No previous history of cognitive impairment or mental disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Application of muscle relaxation drugs; 2. There are situations that affect the state of consciousness, such as hypercapnia, ultra-high hypoglycemia coma, etc; 3. Disease factors need deep sedation, such as pulmonary hypertension.
