Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newborns with a weight of less than 2500g who were hospitalized in the Department of Neonatology of the second hospital of Jilin University from January 2019 to June 2020 and underwent lumbar puncture were selected. The newborn with lumbar puncture in prone position were selected as the improved position group, and the children with similar weight and standard position were selected as the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Among the children who underwent lumbar puncture during hospitalization, those who weighed more than 2500g were excluded
