Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years old; 2. In line with the clinical diagnostic criteria for KOA of the Chinese Orthopaedic Association, namely: (1) Repeated knee pain in the past month; (2) X-ray films (standing or weight-bearing) showed narrowing of the joint space, subchondral bone sclerosis and/or cystic degeneration, and the formation of osteophytes at the joint edge; (3) Age >= 50 years old; (4) Morning stiffness time<=30min; (5) There is a bone friction sound (sense) when moving. Meeting the diagnostic criteria (1) + [any 2 of (2), (3), (4), and (5)] can diagnose KOA; 3. Unilateral or bilateral knee osteoarthritis, knee X-ray Kellgren & Lawrence (K/L) grade II or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The acute phase of KOA inflammation; knee X-ray shows K/L grade IV; patients with KOA cannot walk or the walking distance is less than 300 meters; intra-articular injection treatment is performed within 3 months; 2. In drug treatment of knee joint trauma; knee joint replacement; other types of knee arthritis; 3. Hip and ankle arthritis on the same side; lumbar disc herniation, chronic non-specific low back pain, hip, ankle pain and other diseases that affect the performance of daily life; severe hypertension (>= grade 2); Parkinson's; heart disease Vascular disease; cognitive dysfunction, etc.
