Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 to 80 years; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. No contraindications for robot-assisted urological surgery; 4. Expected operation time >= 3 hours; 5. All surgical patients signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease; 2. Severe lung disease or unexplained air inhalation SPO2100U/L, aspartate aminotransferase>100U/L, creatinine>200umol/L); 4. Combined with thoracic or intrathoracic diseases (thoracic deformity, mediastinal tumor, thoracic tumor, etc.); 5. Patients with myasthenia gravis or other neuromuscular diseases; 6. Mechanical ventilation due to surgery within two months before surgery; 7. Hypoproteinemia (albumin<=35 g/kg); 8. Those who have been admitted to the hospital for cases that have been included in this study, or patients who are participating in other studies.
