Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible patients are 19 years old or older; 2. Histologically diagnosed as metastatic or recurrent NSCLC; newly diagnosed EGFR mutation positive; 3. The T790M mutation was detected after the first-line/second-generation TKI was used for resistance; the second-line application of osimertinib showed slow progress; 4. ECOG score of 2 and below; no obvious abnormality in the evaluation of organ and bone marrow function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous use of almonertinib; A history of interstitial lung disease; Active infections requiring systemic treatment; Or uncontrolled brain metastases; Past use of pirated TKI drugs.
