Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Able to walk independently, and the actual time of walking is more than 1 month; 2. Course of disease >= 3 months; 3. There is dysfunction of one limb and abnormal gait; 4. Aged 30 to 80 years; 5. The cognitive function of the stroke subjects is normal, there is no mental disorder, there is no structural abnormality in the bones and joints of the limbs, and the function of the cerebellum is normal; 6. The Brunnstrom staging of the lower extremity on the affected side is III-V; 7. The modified Ashworth rating of the lower extremity on the affected side is less than grade III; 8. Standing balance level 2 or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with insufficiency of other important organs such as heart, liver and kidney; 2. Hypertension with malignant progressive attack; 3. Patients with cerebellum and brainstem lesions; 4. Patients with respiratory failure and infectious diseases; 5. Those with a history of mental illness or dementia; 6. Those with different degrees of sensory aphasia; 7. Completely paralyzed persons.
