18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-80 year-old patients with cerebrovascular stenosis, elective patients with stent implantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are illiterate / unable to cooperate with the scale check / refuse to sign informed consent / difficult to complete follow-up patients with poor compliance; 2. Alcohol or drug abuse patients; 3. Long-term use of mental illness drugs; 4. Patients with malignant tumor or severe organ insufficiency or life expectancy of less than 6 months; 5. Patients with new stroke/previous stroke/other central system diseases; 6. Thyroid disease / abnormal thyroxine level / patients taking related drugs; 7. Patients with previously diagnosed depression/M.I.N.I. Depression Scale suggesting a depressive state; 8. Patients with previous cognitive impairment or MOCA less than 26 points; 9. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 10. The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.C
