Control group: low molecular weight heparin (during hospitalization) + rivaroxaban/low molecular weight heparin/fondaparinux (after discharge)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. Hospitalized patients with fresh trauma fractures; 3. Expected survival period >= 3 months; 4. All informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fractures; 2. Those who are allergic to fondaparinux, low molecular weight heparin, rivaroxaban or have contraindications to drug prevention; 3. Those who have been diagnosed with DVT or have significant bleeding tendency; 4. Patients with creatinine clearance <30ml/min; 5. Participated in the study of other drugs/devices or during the follow-up period of another drug/device study; 6. The patient may not comply with the research protocol (including the follow-up period), such as mental disorders, alcohol or drug abuse, etc.
