Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 40 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis (2017) [10]; 3. Able to walk independently; 4. Use X-ray bone mineral density to detect at least one T value <-2.5; 5. The patient and (or) family members were informed and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of severe heart disease or physical examination, imaging studies, and laboratory tests show severe heart disease; 2. Bone metabolic diseases: various metabolic bone diseases, such as osteomalacia, Paget disease, osteogenesis imperfecta, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, etc.; 3. Other serious comorbidities: such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, multiple myeloma, breast cancer, prostate cancer, or advanced deformity, disability, loss of labor; 4. Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and hematopoietic systems, lumbar fusion or severe degeneration hinders normal bone mineral density measurement.
