Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. The first occurrence of pure anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury (may be combined with meniscus injury); 3. No other injury or disease, ACL reconstruction under arthroscopy; 4. Able to fully understand and complete the questionnaire on their own.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consciousness disorder, unable to cooperate with the researcher; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or severe arrhythmia; 3. Patients with unstable hypertension or hyperglycemia; 4. Patients with past or existing mental disorders; 5. Patients with previous personality disorder, intellectual disability, brain injury or brain disease.
