18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult subjects aged 18 to 64 years, the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) score >= 22; 2. More than 9 years of education; 3. No experience in participating in the 8-week mindfulness decompression course or mindfulness awareness course; 4. In the past six months, the frequency of practicing yoga, meditation or Tai Chi per week is less than 20 minutes; 5. No serious unstable physical disease; 6. No history of brain injury, psychotic symptoms, or manic episodes; 7. Consent group settings (e.g., randomization, no schedule conflicts, no participation in other mindfulness interventions or experiments during study participation); 8. Voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Risk of self-harm or suicide; 2. Offensive behavior or behavior that is destructive to the group.
