18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Lower back pain for more than 3 months; 3. Low back pain VAS score >= 5 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in this research; 2. Lower extremity nerve compression symptoms, foot drop, cauda equina syndrome; 3. There are definite spinal diseases (lumbar disc herniation with compression of nerve root/dural sac, lumbar spinal stenosis; lumbar spondylolisthesis; spinal trauma; underlying tumors; rheumatic diseases); 4. Patients after lumbar spine surgery; 5. Patients with uncontrollable systemic diseases; 6. Mental disorders, drug addiction, cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with pain evaluation; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Vulnerable subjects such as those who are incapable of informed consent, without family members, and homeless.
