Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 80 years, there is a chief complaint of cognitive impairment or meets the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment; 2. SCVD lesions can be seen on head MRI, and one of the following is sufficient: (1) White matter hyperintensity, Fazekas score >=2; (2) Fazekas=1 and >=2 vascular risk factors (hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, obesity, current smoking, previous vascular events other than stroke); (3) Fazekas=1 and combined lacunar lesions; d. Imaging showed new subcortical lacunar infarction. 3. It can fully cooperate with the evaluation of imaging examination related scales; 4. The patient informed and signed the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude a history of epilepsy, pacemaker implantation, and the presence of metal objects in the brain; 2. Exclude pseudo-dementia or cognitive impairment caused by other neurological diseases and internal medical system diseases; 3. Exclude those with cognitive impairment that meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia; 4. Those with severe deafness, mental disorders, etc. who cannot cooperate with the inspection.
