Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Control group: 1. Aged 45 to 70 years; 2. Right-handed; 3. Normal cognition (MMSE > 24 points); 4. No history of cardiovascular or peripheral vascular disease. Stroke group: 1. Aged 45 to 70 years; 2. Right-handed; 3. Cerebral infarction; 4. Within 6 months after the onset of stroke, the condition is stable and there is no neurological dysfunction; 5. Unilateral hemiplegia, moderate to severe dyskinesia of the upper and lower limbs on the side of the hemiplegia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Control group: Those taking drugs that alter the excitability of the cerebral cortex (such as sedative-hypnotics, antidepressants). Stroke group: 1. Patients with varicose veins; 2. There are local leg problems at the site where the ISPC sleeve is applied, such as leg dermatitis or open wounds; 3. Severe arteriosclerosis, disappearance of foot pulse or a clear history of intermittent claudication; 4. Patients with severe lower extremity edema or pulmonary edema caused by congestive heart failure; 5. There is obvious cognitive dysfunction, unable to understand and cooperate with instructions; 6. The condition continued to deteriorate, and new infarcts or secondary bleeding occurred.
