Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Suitable for hip puncture treatment (diagnosed as ankylosing spondylitis or osteoarthritis involving hip pain with movement disorders, ineffective use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics for at least two weeks or unbearable pain, etc.); 2. Little or no effusion in the hip.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulation dysfunction, previous hip surgery, hip infection or tuberculosis, immune dysfunction, pregnancy patients, etc.
