Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (Revised 2018); 2. Aged >18 years old; 3. Use <=2 kinds of antihypertensive drugs; 4. Patients voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Take anti-inflammatory and antioxidant drugs within 3 months before enrollment; 2. Patients with a history of chronic diseases include serious chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, diabetes, malignant tumors, abnormal liver and kidney function, rheumatic immune diseases, hyperuricemia, abnormal thyroid function, asthma, depression, etc.; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. AIDS, syphilis patients; 5. Poor compliance or inability to cooperate with examinations and affect clinical investigators.
