Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 2. ASA I-III grade; 3. Aged 20 to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neck skin infection; 2. Uncontrolled hypertension; 3. Sick sinus syndrome; 4. III degree or II degree type II atrioventricular block; 5. Coagulation disorders; 6. Patients who refuse to cooperate.
