Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10 to 13 years, male or female; 2. It is an Angle class II classification 1 malocclusion, and the patient presents with mandibular retraction, normal or mild maxillary protrusion; 3. ANB>=4 degree; 4. The molars have a distal relationship and the mandible is retracted at least half the distance of the premolars, and the anterior teeth cover >=4mm; 5. Lateral X-ray head shows: high angle (FMA>33 degree); 6. Good oral condition (healthy periodontal tissue, no periapical infection and no filling caries).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude the history of temporomandibular joint disease, system disease history, systemic metabolic disease, and medication history; 2. Exclude the existence of bone island, osteoma, apical cyst, root resorption, and root exposure in the tooth movement area; 3. Exclude periodontitis patients with periodontal attachment loss and alveolar bone resorption greater than 10%; 4. Exclude those with gingival recession of 2mm; 5. Exclude those with mental disorders or movement disorders; 6. Exclude patients with abnormal bone metabolism (including taking anti-bone resorption drugs, hormone drugs, and immunosuppressants).
