Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years; 2.ASA II ~ III level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from central nervous system and psychological diseases before surgery; 2. Severe arrhythmia before surgery; 3. Suffering from endocrine diseases such as hyperthyroidism and diabetes before surgery; 4. Preoperative neuromuscular disease.
