Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged >= 18 years old; 2. Gestational age >= 11 weeks; 3. Informed and written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious fetal abnormalities found in the first trimester; unconscious or severe pregnant women; 2. Those with eye diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, severe refractive media opacity; 3. Best corrected visual acuity <0.5 in both eyes; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with eye examination due to previous eye surgery or strabismus; 5. Pregnant women with serious mental illness; 6. Any other reason that the investigator believes would prevent potential participants from adhering to the trial protocol.
