Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pathology confirmed early esophageal cancer or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia; 2. Preoperative examination to exclude regional lymph nodes and distant metastasis; 3. The extent of the lesion involves more than 3/4 weeks of the esophagus; 4. Preoperative assessment can tolerate ESD surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathological confirmation of lesions beyond the indications of ESD curative resection, requiring additional surgery or radiochemotherapy; 2. Perforation occurs during ESD or during expansion, and is not suitable for hormone therapy; 3. Patients and their families cannot sign the informed consent.
