18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years; 2.Diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus: fasting blood glucose is more than 7 mmol/L; Or blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol 2 hours after meal; 3.Diabetic foot Wagner grading is II grade -IV grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and breastfeeding patients; 10. Patients with mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate, unwilling to cooperate, lost to follow-up and accidental death; 2. According to the Wagner classification, the patients with Wagner classification I and V were excluded; 3. Combined with malignant tumor or other serious diseases, the survival expectation is less than 6 months; 4. Symptomatic myocardial infarction within the past 3 months; or unstable angina pectoris, with more than or equal to 3 attacks within the past 1 month; or severe heart failure that is difficult to control by drugs; 5. Combined with severe respiratory insufficiency (PO250 mmHg, ie 6.5Kpa); 6. Combined with severe renal insufficiency, creatinine is greater than or equal to 200umol/L; 7. Combined with severe liver disease (such as acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis), or elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) more than 3 times the upper limit of normal; 8. Intracerebral hemorrhage or massive cerebral infarction within the past 2 months.
