65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective major surgery (such as laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, colorectal cancer radical surgery, liver surgery and prostate cancer radical surgery, etc.); 2. ASA classification I ~ III; 3. Estimated operation time >= 120 min; 4. Aged 65 to 80 years, no gender limitation; 5. History of diagnosed hypertension (medication control or control level is generally acceptable); 6. No history of kidney disease surgery, EF value greater than 50%;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within one week; 2. Heart failure occurs within 2 months; 3. Myocardial infarction occurred within 1 month; 4. Severe pulmonary insufficiency; 5. Moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension; 6. Mean arterial pressure will seriously affect blood loss (those who need controlled blood pressure during surgery); 7. Chronic kidney disease or renal insufficiency.
