18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative diagnosis of esophageal cancer selected stage esophageal cancer cure patients; (2) Aged 18 to 75 years old; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I / II; (4) Preoperative consent was obtained from the patient and his family and an informed consent was signed; (5) The estimated operating time >=4h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient refused to participate in this study; (2) Patients with a history of heart disease such as severe arrhyth arrhythmics, myocardial isoemia, and cardiac inseption; (3) Severe hypertension is not controlled; (4) Severe respiratory diseases; (5) Severe liver abnormalities (Child-Pugh C-grade); (6) Severe renal abnormalities (preoperative dialysis); (7) People with local anaesthetic allergies; (8) People with abnormal blood clotting function.
