Interventions

Experimental group:Pretreatment with nalbuphine 0.1mg/kg (1mg/ml) was given 150 seconds before the use of fentanyl
Control group:Saline Solution 0.1 mL /kg was used as control 150 seconds before the use of fentanyl

3 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 to 12 years; 2. ASA I-II grade; 3. Patients undergoing elective ophthalmic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with open eye trauma, corneal ulcer perforation, and glaucoma; 2. Patients with neuropsychiatric developmental delay; 3. Patients who are allergic to nalbuphine or fentanyl; 4. Patients with respiratory tract infection or intracranial space-occupying lesions; 5. Those who are unable to cooperate with venipuncture and those with language and communication disorders; 6. The patient is participating in other clinical research, the guardian refuses to participate, and the investigator considers it inappropriate to participate in other situations.
