Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged >=18 years old; 2. Those with measurable vital signs; 3. Those who stay in the emergency room for not less than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot obtain all the indicators required for the score; 2. Those with incomplete clinical data due to various reasons; 3. Patients or family members who do not cooperate.
