Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People aged 45 to 75 years who need to take enteric-coated aspirin for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease; 2. Taking enteric-coated aspirin for >=1 month; 3. Agree to accept the treatment regimen of the study; 4. Voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received related drugs that have an impact on the experiment in the past 1 month, including: (1) antibiotics; (2) probiotics; (3) Various drugs that inhibit gastric acid secretion; (4) Cytokines, immunosuppressants and cytotoxic agents; (5) Hormones; (6) Other drugs that affect the flora. 2. With contraindications to capsule endoscopy, including suspected or known gastrointestinal obstruction, stenosis, fistula or diverticulum, pregnant women, previous gastrointestinal surgery or a history of surgery leading to changes in the structure of the abdominal gastrointestinal tract, no surgical conditions or refusal to undergo any abdominal surgery (as the capsule may need to be surgically removed if it becomes lodged); 3. Taking other antiplatelet drugs or anticoagulant drugs at the same time; 4. Patients diagnosed with peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal tumor by capsule endoscopy, and patients with normal small intestinal mucosa by capsule endoscopy; 5. Those who are allergic to aspirin, lactic acid bacteria, glutamine, polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder, and polymer materials; 6. Participating in other researchers.
