Cognitive behavioral therapy:12 weeks of cognitive behavioral intervention
Healthy subjects group:Twelve weeks of five-element musical intervention
GAD five elements characteristic tune music intervention group:Twelve weeks of five-element musical intervention
GAD neutral music intervention group:12 weeks of neutral music intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years old, male and female; 2. Meet the above GAD diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine; 3. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score >=14 points; Hamilton Depression Scale 17 (HAMD17) score <=17; 4. Have not received professional music education; 5. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. loss of consciousness caused by traumatic brain injury or stroke history; 2. a DSM-IV diagnosis of substance abuse or substance dependence; 3. have a history of music epilepsy and sensitive to music can not tolerate; 4. there are contraindications to magnetic resonance examination; 5. Severe skull anatomical asymmetry or definite lesions were found in the scan; 6. A history of mental disorders; 7. IQ below 85; 8. patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 9. Left-handed; 10. Pregnant and lactating women.
