Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First part: healthy volunteers Second part: 1. Mechanical ventilation for more than 48 hours; 2. Relatively stable vital signs: (1) Pressure support = 5 ml/kg of ideal body weight, no obvious signs of dyspnea, such as the tri-concave sign or prominent use of auxiliary respiratory muscles.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: First part: 1. Age <18 years old; 2. Have a history of smoking. Second part: 1. Age <18 years old; 2. Preexisting neuromuscular disease; 3. Pregnant women; 4. There is a rib fracture; 5. No spontaneous breathing; 6. Are using neuromuscular blocking agents; 7. There is a closed chest drainage tube at the inspection site; 8. Unilateral or bilateral diaphragmatic paralysis.
