Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysthyroid optic neuropathy due to hypertrophy of the extraocular muscles oppressing the optic nerve at the orbital apex; 2. Severe exophthalmos, causing exposure keratitis in incomplete closure of the eyelids; 3. Simple exophthalmos, the disease course is more than half a year, the disease is in the inactive period, the thyroid function is basically stable, and the patient has a strong desire to improve the appearance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previously suffered from other eye diseases, a history of eye surgery, and a history of ocular radiation therapy.
