Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages 1-24 months of age; parents willing to cooperate with assessment and follow-up, willing to cooperate with biospecimen collection and have the ability to complete the questionnaire independently, and willing to perform endpoint assessment and specimen collection at 36 and 72 months of age of the child.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude brain injury, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, visual impairment, etc.; exclude Down syndrome, Rett syndrome, Williams syndrome, fragile X syndrome, specific language development disorder, severe metabolic disease, etc.
