Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adenogenic anal fistula was diagnosed clinically; 2. Horseshoe anal fistula was diagnosed using MRI preoperatively; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years; 4. No history of anal surgery; 5. The function of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs can meet the requirements of anesthesia and surgery; 6. The subjects and their family members are able to understand the research protocol and are willing to participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute complications such as systemic infection and necrotizing fasciitis occurred during preoperative preparation; 2. The patient had inflammatory bowel disease; 3. Preoperative fecal incontinence; 4. patients with diabetes mellitus; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Serious mental illness.
