Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with colorectal cancer undergoing surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intestinal obstruction who cannot take oral laxatives for intestinal preparation; 2. Antimicrobial exposure history in recent 1 month; 3. Patients with long-term oral laxatives.
