Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Patients with ischemic stroke with a clear diagnosis; ischemic stroke is defined according to the World Health Organization diagnostic criteria; 3. Onset <= 7 days at the time of consultation; 4. Informed consent is signed by the patient himself or his guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack; 2. In-hospital stroke; 3. Ischemic stroke caused by angioplasty/vascular surgery; 4. Tumor stroke; 5. Intracranial venous system thrombosis; 6. Patients who need to be transferred for emergency interventional bridging treatment; 7. Patients with life expectancy less than 3 months or patients who cannot complete the study for other reasons; 8. Inability to understand and/or comply with research procedures and/or follow-up due to mental illness, cognitive or emotional impairment; 9. No informed consent was signed.
