Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old, male or female; 2.14C breath test Hp positive; 3. Not taking PPI, bismuth, vonolax and antibiotics in the last 1 month; 4. Have a good compliance rate, agree to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney disease; 2. Those who are allergic to penicillin and proton pump inhibitors and are not suitable for the use of bismuth; 3. Patients who have not been followed up or examined as required.
