Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this study, a total of 100 patients aged over 18 years who were diagnosed with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) in our hospital and planned to undergo selective radiofrequency thermocoagulation of posterior spinal root combined with nerve block treatment were screened. ASA grade was I- II grade, the lesions were mainly lateral to the chest, NRS score was greater than 4 points, and drug treatment showed no significant improvement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with local anesthetic allergy, abnormal platelet and coagulation function, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, puncture site malformation or infection, history of mental disease, skin lesion segment exceeding T9, and multiple spinal nerve posterior root modulation.
