Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction; 2. The diagnosis of acute ST-segment elevation anterior myocardial infarction is that the patient has typical symptoms of chest pain, and ST-segment elevation in the anterior chest leads (V2 and V3 elevation of 0.2mv, or V1, V5, V6 elevation of 0.1mv) ), accompanied by the release of myocardial necrosis markers.
Exclusion criteria
