Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing carotid endarterectomy under elective general anesthesia admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, Xuanwu Hospital of CCMU; New York Heart Association functional classI-III; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-?; BMI18.5-29.9kg/?; Volunteer for the study and to sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal myocardial enzyme indexes before operation; Transesophageal echocardiography is not clear; Contraindication of transesophageal ultrasound probe placement, such as congenital or acquired diseases of the upper digestive tract, pharyngeal abscesses and occupying lesions of the pharynx, severe and inadequately fixed cervical trauma, etc; Patients in other studies; Patients who also undergo other surgeries; Severe liver and kidney disfunction; Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Transcranial Doppler ultrasound cannot be detected.
