Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for angle-closure glaucoma in the consensus of Chinese glaucoma experts (2018 edition); 2. Check that the angle of the patients chamber is greater than 180 degrees before surgery; 3. Those who have combined cataract and need cataract surgery; 4. Anti-glaucoma drugs have been given in the outpatient clinic before the operation, but the intraocular pressure still cannot be effectively controlled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The systemic condition is unstable and the patient cannot tolerate this surgery.
