Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of type 1 diabetes meets the 2019 ADA criteria; 2. Patients with type 1 diabetes between the ages of 18 and 45, with a medical history of more than 1 year and currently undergoing MDI or CSII treatment; 3. Glycated hemoglobin <8.5%; BMI between 18-24kg/m2. Thyroid function was normal in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coexisting medical problems interfering with study procedure, such as celiac disease and patients with chronic renal or hepatic disease or history of prior bariatric surgery and pertinent food allergies were excluded. Other exclusion criteria included dietary restrictions involving any of the meal components and a fasting blood glucose level >10 or <3.9 mmol/L requiring intervention during the morning of the study days.
