Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnosis of stroke (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction), confirmed by head CT or MR; 2. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for depression; 3. In line with the diagnosis of TCM depression syndrome, liver qi stagnation type and heart and spleen deficiency type; 4. According to the Hamilton (HAMD) 17-item depression scale, the total score is >7; 5. Aged <85 years old, duration of disease less than 2 years; 6. Patients are informed and receive treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vascular dementia and severe aphasia; 2. Those who suffered from severe depressive disorder before the stroke; 3. Stroke combined with severe mental symptoms (frontal lobe stroke); 4. Combined with severe heart, liver, kidney and lung damage.
