Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-26 years old; 2. BMI 18.5kg/m2 to 23.9kg/m2; 3. three Meals are eaten in the school canteen; 4. Those who voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have metabolic diseases and related family history, including but not limited to impaired glucose tolerance, diabetes, hypertension, hyperuricemia and dyslipidemia; 2. Allergy or intolerance to soy products, dairy products and nuts; 3. Irregular work and rest for three meals, night shift and other work; 4. Participated in other clinical studies or carried out weight loss and other special diets 3 months before the study; 5. The daily physical activity level varies greatly; 6. Drinking and smoking.
