Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients diagnosed with hypertension; 2. 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure during hospitalization; 3. Blood routine and blood biochemistry (blood sugar, blood lipids, liver and kidney function) during hospitalization; 4. Cardiac ultrasound during hospitalization; 5. Those who are taking antihypertensive drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease; 2. Accompanied by a clear single-gene genetic disease; 3. Malignant tumor; 4. Those who are taking contraceptives or pregnant women; 5. Combined with heart failure and asthma; 6. The doctor in charge believes that he is not suitable to participate in the research.
